Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code and Ohio regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and adhere to OSHA standards
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of licensed electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial wiring systems
- Familiarity with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
