Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, California Title 24, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety-focused solutions
- Manage material inventory and maintain organized work sites
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician license required
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical experience
- Expert knowledge of residential/commercial electrical systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong troubleshooting skills with complex electrical systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with energy-efficient lighting and solar systems preferred
