Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Texas electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior technicians and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- Proven expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and energy-efficient solutions
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for high-voltage systems
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with industrial automation systems a plus
