Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead projects from design to completion with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior electricians and enforce safety protocols
- Provide exceptional client communication and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Maryland or reciprocal state)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Proficiency with PLC controls and smart home technology
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
