Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure precise installations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Massachusetts state regulations
- Lead and coordinate team projects while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Provide expert consultation to clients on energy-efficient solutions and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive electrical experience with proven project leadership
- Expert knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local building regulations
- Proficiency in reading complex electrical schematics and architectural plans
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting high-voltage systems and control circuits
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license with clean record
