Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with NEC and California building codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality benchmarks
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials for assigned projects
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installations
- Strong knowledge of NEC and California Title 24 energy codes
- Clean driving record and ability to travel throughout LA County
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
