Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead crew projects on commercial construction sites
- Perform safety inspections and hazard mitigation
- Manage inventory and material requisitioning
- Train junior electricians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending and raceway systems
- Expertise in PLC controls and VFD installations
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
