Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to NYC plumbing codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Provide detailed reports and documentation for completed projects
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and technical procedures
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls during after-hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience in commercial/residential settings
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license (or equivalent certification)
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and permit processes
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Excellent diagnostic skills for complex pipe network issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
