- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties

- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, fixture installation, and water heater services
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and building codes (DC Plumbing Code)
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed service reports

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid DC Journeyman Plumber license required
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with both residential and commercial systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
