Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installations, and water heater repairs
- Adhere to building codes and safety regulations for all projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Manage inventory and maintain clean job sites
- Mentor junior technicians and share expertise
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license required
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency service availability (rotating schedule)
