Responsibilities
- Install/repair residential/commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and pressure issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform backflow prevention testing and repairs
- Adhere to all DC/VA plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
- Mentor junior plumbers on best practices
- Respond to emergency calls within service area (DC/VA suburbs)
Qualifications
- Valid DC/VA plumbing license (Master/Journeyman)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with tankless water heaters and PEX piping
