Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installations, and pipe repairs with precision
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide clear, professional communication to clients about services and costs
- Manage inventory of plumbing materials and equipment for assigned jobs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Michigan Plumbing License (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Physical ability to handle tools, materials, and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certification in water heater installation or pipefitting preferred
