Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, excavation, and demolition
- Safely load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and manual digging
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Commitment to workplace safety
