Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for precise system configurations
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Perform emergency repairs during on-call rotations (rotating schedule)
- Manage inventory and order materials for project efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and client properties
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid California C-36 license
- Expertise in residential/commercial systems: water heaters, boilers, sewage pumps
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong diagnostic abilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
