Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and demolition using hand/power tools
- Load/unload construction materials and operate heavy equipment under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support skilled trades with material handling, layout, and basic installations
- Read blueprints and project specifications to execute tasks accurately
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work in varying weather conditions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
