What You Will Do
Our 2026 cohort will be tasked with building scalable, high-performance applications that serve millions of users. You will:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define product requirements and architectural standards.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including code reviews, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and security.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and knowledge base of the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (graduating in 2026).
- Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies rapidly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
