Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in Python, Go, or TypeScript, adhering to our strict architectural standards.
- Feature Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new features from conception to deployment.
- Code Review: Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure high quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues in distributed systems and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specs to support team onboarding and maintenance.
- Agile Collaboration: actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Class of 2026 or 2027 expected graduation).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++). Experience with web frameworks (React, Node.js) is a plus.
- Database Knowledge: Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, and data modeling concepts.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and devise efficient algorithms.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
