Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision, aligning organizational goals with market opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the 2026 roadmap, overseeing key initiatives from ideation to deployment.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and agile methodologies.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
- Communicate complex strategic plans to diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizons).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
