Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic framework detailing the technological milestones, infrastructure upgrades, and talent acquisition needs to ensure readiness by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and prototype high-impact technologies (such as next-gen AI, advanced analytics, and quantum-ready systems) that will define the industry standard.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex technical visions to C-suite executives and product teams, ensuring buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration to scalable, cloud-native architectures that support anticipated data loads and user growth.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or technological obsolescence risks in the current stack and devise mitigation strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Lead a cross-functional squad dedicated to 'Future Proofing' experiments and proof-of-concept development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, product strategy, or technical consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, Kubernetes, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully anticipating market shifts and leading organizations through digital transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems with innovative solutions.
