Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the 2026 AI Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee the architecture of large-scale machine learning models, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Drive research initiatives in emerging domains such as generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous agents.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex 2026 vision into actionable technical plans.
- Establish best practices for model governance, ethics, and compliance in alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven experience in defining long-term technical roadmaps and strategic visions for high-growth companies.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
