- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical milestones and architectural standards for our upcoming fiscal year projects.
- Model Optimization: Drive research initiatives to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and inference speed for edge computing devices.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and guiding junior developers in advanced AI techniques.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business objectives into technical blueprints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and ethical AI risks within complex neural networks.
- PoC Development: Spearhead Proof of Concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum ML) to prepare for 2026 deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithm Design: Proven track record of developing novel algorithms and optimizing deep learning models.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Strong interest in emerging trends such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Federated Learning.
