Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical alignment.
- Model Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of large-scale generative AI models capable of complex reasoning and adaptive learning.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our Quantum Research division to integrate classical AI with quantum algorithms for exponential performance gains.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference latency and model accuracy for deployment in real-time edge environments and cloud infrastructures.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in high-stakes decision-making systems.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on deep learning and large language model architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract future trends into concrete technical specifications and product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments where requirements evolve rapidly.
