Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology and AI Strategy roadmap.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) and assess their potential impact.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data engineering and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
