Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term innovation goals with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge AI models, including Generative AI and predictive analytics, ensuring scalability and ethical usage.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) with maturity dates approaching 2026.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-potential future projects.
- Establish frameworks for digital transformation, ensuring legacy systems evolve to support future demands.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and technological agility across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and the roadmap for their commercial application by 2026.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and market shifts.
