Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of cloud-native solutions using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Oversee R&D initiatives in predictive analytics, autonomous systems, and neural networks.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) for potential integration into our core stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in AI and cloud environments.
