Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Agentic Workflows, and Quantum-ready architectures.
- Innovation Leadership: Establish and lead an internal 'Future Lab' to prototype and validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical trends into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and board members.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and strategists passionate about the future.
- Risk & Compliance: Navigate the evolving ethical landscape of AI, ensuring our solutions remain responsible, transparent, and compliant with global standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate future-proof solutions into our core product suite.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI strategy or Future Tech.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Autonomous Systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through periods of rapid technological change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences and sell a long-term vision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and pivot strategies based on market evolution.
