Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and 2026 roadmap for AI infrastructure and strategy.
- Lead Research & Development (R&D) initiatives in Generative AI, LLMs, and adaptive learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, high-performance AI systems that can handle enterprise loads.
- Mentor and upskill a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of delivering AI products from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
