Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Lead the strategic planning and technical roadmapping for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, distributed AI architectures capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts in generative models, reinforcement learning, and computer vision to stay ahead of the curve.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with global regulations.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a quantitative field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
