Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive, long-term architectural vision for the company, specifically targeting the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that integrate emerging AI technologies and cloud-native solutions.
- Strategic Roadmap: Translate business goals into technical strategies, ensuring alignment with our growth trajectory and market positioning.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Predictive Analytics) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity across all projects.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior architects and developers on best practices and future trends.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and large language models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly preferred.
