Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive, 3-year technology roadmap that aligns business goals with emerging tech trends, specifically focusing on AI integration and Quantum readiness.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute the technology strategy with precision and agility.
- R&D Oversight: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) to ensure our platforms remain cutting-edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources to maximize ROI on technology initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all technology implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards (GDPR, AI safety protocols).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or director-level capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architectures, machine learning frameworks, and the potential roadmap of Quantum Computing by 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and launching disruptive products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
