Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term innovation goals with business objectives.

- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless deployment of predictive maintenance systems.
- Identify emerging technological trends (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and evaluate their potential for enterprise application.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward R&D projects.
- Establish ethical guidelines and security protocols for advanced autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Enterprise IT, AI, or Systems Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning architectures, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Edge IoT.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their implications for data security.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
