Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models and risk-assessment frameworks for long-term strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities and investment targets in next-generation technologies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and maintain competitive intelligence networks
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy or product roadmaps
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills (Python, Tableau, or similar)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
