- Team Leadership: Mentor high-performing engineering and product teams to foster a culture of innovation.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with technology vendors and industry thought leaders.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct in-depth research to assess the feasibility of implementing new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
