Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through market analysis and trend identification
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic white papers and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and venture partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
