Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and market trends through 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to prepare for disruptive shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning methodologies, and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures concepts
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards of directors
