Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on 2026's evolving landscape
- Advise product and business units on future-proofing strategies and emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in futures research, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published future-oriented work
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Thrives in ambiguity and demonstrates intellectual curiosity about the future
