Responsibilities

- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring emerging market readiness and adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published work on long-term technological or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts and adaptation strategies
