Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and venture capital firms
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategic planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, Web3, quantum) and their market implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFSD) or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Track record of launching disruptive initiatives with measurable market impact
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., PESTLE analysis, Delphi methodology, AI trend prediction platforms)
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite decisions
