Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for technology and market evolution
- Lead scenario planning initiatives for disruptive innovations including AI ethics, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Conduct trend analysis across 20+ emerging domains to identify high-impact opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and publish thought leadership in industry forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting 2026+ business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or technology forecasting roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
