Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global technological disruption
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into commercial offerings
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio of 2020+ strategic projects with measurable impact
