Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact future-state reports and roadmaps for executive decision-making

- Establish KPIs to track emerging technology adoption and market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFIF) strongly preferred
