Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using compelling data narratives and future-state prototypes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or future-focused consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic implications of emerging trends
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
