Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with corporate vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, sustainability, and digital transformation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and future market shifts
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI analyses and stakeholder presentations
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives, tracking progress against strategic milestones
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies and patent breakthrough innovations
- Mentor senior talent in strategic thinking and future-focused leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services generating $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep network within Silicon Valley tech and venture capital ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
