Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prototyping breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact assessments
- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation to scalable implementation
- Foster strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging technology startups
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) a plus
