Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, space tech, or quantum systems)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Demonstrated experience managing $5M+ budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global partnerships
