Responsibilities
- Define the long-term strategic roadmap for technology adoption targeting the 2026 horizon and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Leap technologies.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-ready solutions.
- Present high-level concepts and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to bridge the gap between theoretical research and market application.
- Identify potential partnerships and acquisitions that align with the 2026 vision.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic, leadership, or R&D capacity within a tech-forward organization.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and influencing executive decision-making.
- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale innovation projects.
