As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologiesāsuch as advanced AI, spatial computing, and quantum-ready infrastructureāand integrating them into our core business model. What you will do:
- Define and lead the 2026 Technology Vision, ensuring our platform remains future-proof.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech stacks and market disruptions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Manage a budget for R&D and innovation initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying critical technology milestones.
- Drive the adoption of next-gen technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing, across the organization.
- Identify and assess risks associated with emerging tech trends.
- Establish partnerships with key tech vendors and research institutions.
- Mentor high-potential talent in strategic thinking and innovation.
- Oversee the evaluation of emerging tech tools to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (Masterās preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of future-proofing organizations for the next 5+ years.
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and next-gen web architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and technical whitepapers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
