Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of the company's five-year strategic plan, aligning resources with high-priority objectives.
- Market Foresight & Analysis: Conduct in-depth macro-environmental and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and growth opportunities.
- Scenario Planning: Develop multiple strategic scenarios (best, worst, and expected case) to mitigate risks and prepare the organization for volatility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing leaders to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
- Executive Communication: Present complex strategic insights and performance forecasts to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in a clear, compelling narrative.
- KPI Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related technical field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or product management.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level vision into concrete, actionable steps.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and financial modeling.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
