Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain the long-term technology roadmap, anticipating industry shifts and emerging technologies.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that can handle millions of transactions.
- Strategic Planning: Evaluate new technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and integrate them into our ecosystem where applicable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review architectural designs, and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in a senior architectural or technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term goals, specifically planning for the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
