Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for technical evolution, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- High-Level Architecture: Design scalable, robust, and secure system architectures that support long-term business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for scalability and performance.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and evaluate new technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready infrastructures, Advanced AI integration) to prepare for the 2026 landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to translate business vision into technical reality.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software architecture, system design, or a related technical leadership role.
